JUBA: SOUTH SUDAN:

The much-anticipated Peace Concert with Diamond Platnumz came to pass as one of the most attended shows in Juba. It lived to the billing except for some few glitches.

At Freedom hall, he sang, he danced, he smiled and shone like the Diamond he is. In all these, there was one thing that he didn’t want to ignore, women.

For a man famous for his exploits with the other gender, he could not let this opportunity pass with women willing to name their unborn babies after him screaming out his name right in front of him with welcoming body gestures.

The gestures seem to have had an effect on him as he declared

“I don’t feel like going back to Tanzania. You’ve already made me feel at home” He teased the crowd before dropping the bombshell.

“I want to stay here longer but how can I be here without a wife, can you get me a wife?

The question was received with the most resounding yes Juba has heard in recent years. The ladies yelled their voices hoarse meanwhile, Diamond saw thousands of potential wives at his disposal at once. Can he take all of them to his hotel room? No. But he also didn’t want to let this offer slip off in the heat of the moment so he got clever and invited a number of women on stage to dance with.

What he did on stage with the ‘willing’ women must surely have given him a tip of the feeling of what would transpire in the bedroom. He got some rubs and the women got a feel of Simba, a story they will live to tell.

Whether he got them to his bedroom or not is what we can’t confirm but this could be his opportunity to add South Sudan to the list of East African countries where he is an in-law.

Diamond is the third Tanzanian artiste to perform in South Sudan after Harmonize and Mr. Nice.
